Wardrobe Wishlist – 70’s trend
My Winter wardrobe mid season upate ready for pre-Christmas fun is under way, I want to be on trend, but without too much glitz and sparkle (I’ll keep that for Christmas and New Year!). One of the trends I’m loving this season is the 70’s trend. The fringes, fake furs, and vibrant colours really make the dull Autumn/Winter months fun! So, these are the 70’s trend pieces on my wishlist!
At the very top of my wish list is the TTYA x Long Tall Sally – Abstract Chevron Maxi dress, I adore the pattern
and colours and the style makes it perfect for date night or dinner with friends. Let’s face it if you’ve got long legs you have to show them off, and this is just the dress to show them off beautifully in!
Next on my list is this gorgeous sheepskin coat from Oasis, just wow! Perfect to wow on the way to a party, and snuggle up cosy in as you leave, I just love it!
For day to day wear, it’d also be really cosy to wear whilst out shopping teamed with jeans and my timberland boots, perfect for exploring the Christmas markets in!
These red fringe sandals from Next are just divine, I’d wear them to the post work drinks party (they’d be great with a pencil skirt) but also with my favourite skinny jeans.
These Jacquard platform sandals from Oasis are a statement shoe that enables you to buy create the 70’s look without having to buy an entire outfit, they would bring a little black dress right up to date with the seasons 70’s trend;
So that’s my 70’s trend wishlist, what’s on yours? Do you love or hate the 70’s trend?
