Swimming while pregnant? #WIN a Maternity Swimsuit!
Swimming is something I really enjoy, as well as it being a good form of exercise I also find it relaxing! Swimming in pregnancy gives me the opportunity to exercise without ending up aching as the water supports my body (and the extra weight!) it also (i hope) will help me to build up my stamina a little to assist me when I’m in labour. Our local pool offers antenatal swim sessions and antenatal aqua-fit, the latter run by a specialist in antenatal fitness, while I have to admit I prefer going in my own time, it’s lovely to have the opportunity to go and get in the water with other pregnant ladies and perhaps make new friends!
For many pregnant ladies, (certainly for myself!) I have become a little body aware, and finding a good maternity swimming costume is imperative to making me feel confident both in and out of the water. Bestform have a super stylish maternity swimming costume which has been created to flatter and support your changing shape during pregnancy. Available in sizes 34B to 38D the thick white bands contrasting against the black costume really do make it a flattering costume.
The straps are adjustable too, so you don’t have to worry about the annoyance of falling down straps! I think this costume looks good enough to wear on the beach or poolside not just in the pool!
So, would you like the chance to WIN one of these fabulous maternity swimming costumes from Bestform? Follow the simple instructions on the rafflecopter widget below, and please make sure you read the t&c’s at the bottom of the widget!
NB – As with all exercise in pregnancy, do check with your health care provider before you start a new form of exercise!
