I think most of us our quite conscious of keeping physically healthy. We have all heard of the benefits of eating well, and exercising – even putting on sun screen. But how often do we think about keeping our brain healthy? I have to admit, with the exception of eating oily fish and doing a few puzzles, I don’t tend to do much more. But should I? Well, I was sent this infographic which shares lots of ways to try to keep your brain younger. Great tips to keep seniors busy perhaps – and maybe some tips for me to try too?
