Room on the Broom – What’s on Hampshire

Flying into The Haymarket Theatre in Basingstoke this week is a fabulous production of Room on the Broom! From Fridat 5th June until Sunday 7th June 2015 children will be able to be captivated by the hilarious story of Room on the Broom by the author of The Gruffalo, Julia Donaldson. The lively production combines performers, puppets and songs to create a memorable theatre experience for youngsters and parents alike!

The production is aimed at children aged 3 years + and to be honest I think most grown ups will enjoy it too! The theatre itself is remarkably family friendly, it’s even equipped with booster seats so younger members of the audience can see from wherever they are seated! The auditorium is quite cosy so your child will feel as close to the action, and having taken my boys to a couple of productions at the Haymarket theatre I can honestly say it was great entertainment, keeping even my lively 4 year old captivated by the magical world on stage.
