What I wore.. #TallFashion

One of my favourite brands is Long Tall Sally, I like the way the clothes fit me, accomodating my height and curves too!

For Britmums Live 2015, Long Tall Sally sent me a couple of my favourite pieces from their Summer collection to wear! With such a great summer collection, it took me a while to decide what to choose, and decided to choose something a little different to my normal wardrobe.

I don’t normally wear tunics, but I could not resist the beautiful pattern on the Linear Floral Swing Tunic! This does show how at 5ft 10 I’m still quite short by Long Tall Sally standards! I can actually get away with wearing this tunic as a dress! I worried a bit about the shape drowning my curves, so I decided to team it with a tailored demin jacket (which has been hiding in my wardrobe for several years) a pair of leggings and my favourite converse trainers.

It was really comfortable to wear, and very cool! It’s a really versatile piece, which I will be able to wear in several different ways – I’m already planning sandals, wide brimmed hat and a thick belt to shape my waist a little.

I also chose the Sculpt skinny jeans, I live in jeans, and Long Tall Sally Jeans are a great fit for me! These were no disappointment!

They really do sculpt your shape! These are “skinny”, but I would say they’re more slim fit than skinny fit as they’re not overly tight on the legs – and my legs are really not skinny! These are on trend “distressed”, so they’re like your favourite pair of old jeans but..new! The sculpt and shape are my favourite jeans, they help to create a good shape and make me feel super confident while I’m wearing them, they fit on the waist, so if you’re thicker waisted (like me!) they’re ideally!
