I made it to Britmums Live 2015! After getting there in 2012, I missed 2013 after ending up in hospital, I then missed 2014 being pregnant and so finally 2015 was my year to return! I was lucky enough to be sponsored to attend by Tommee Tippee, and Long Tall Sally provided me with some beautiful clothes to wear (more on that in another post!).
There were lots of opportunities to learn in sessions, or via chat to other bloggers. I’ve come home with a head full of ideas, and tips on how to improve my blog.
The highlight had to be catching up with lots of my blogging friends, I shan’t name and shame them all but it was especially lovely to catch up with my #bumpbuddy Chelle who was such support during my pregnancy with Yo, and I adored getting cuddles with froglet too! Aswell as to have a giggle with the lovely Amanda from The Ana Mum Diary who has been a great friend for a few years now!
I loved the craft room, and came away thinking I really do need to make a little more time to work on little projects! I still need to learn to crochet, so that’s now on my to do list!
We also were treated to a special preview of a new toy, Freddy Bear, the ultimate interactive toy for children aged 2+. There is so much this bear can do, and I’m sure it will be on many Christmas lists this year. Here’s a photo of me with a giant version of Freddy Bear!
In summary, I had a great weekend, I won a gorgeous bouquet of flowers from Lindenmans, ate fabulous Judes ice-cream (thanks Joules!), laughed lots and came away still smiling!
The goody bag.. my youngest son loved the milkshake magazine, but it has to be said nothing beats the super Britmums Live Merci Maman bracelet as the most lovely gift, a great momento of a fabulous blogging weekend.
