I have written multiple times about my struggles to keep my breasts comfortable during the last months of pregnancy! I’m 38 weeks pregnant now and so comfort is at the top of my priority list, although I confess I still want to look nice too! The lovely people at Bravado sent me their new Confetti bra in fawn to review, the Confetti Nursing bra is available in black, fawn, or purple and is priced at a very reasonable £26.00!
The fabric is super soft and there are no seams to worry about rubbing against sensitive breast tissue. I like the simple detail on the bra – the polka dot pattern on the cups and the central bow. I chose the fawn colour as I wanted a bra I could wear under a simple white shirt – and this the ideal colour for doing just that!
The bra is cut so there is quite a deep V neck shape between the cups, meaning this style is perfect for wearing with lower cut tops – ideal for most of my summer wardrobe! It is a very feminine, yet practical style, and it is easy to un-clip the straps for breastfeeding – the cups fold right down. There is no padding making it ideal for wearing in summer, and yet it gives me a really good shape so I still feel really confident wearing it! The sizing is straight forward to follow, you don’t buy an exact size instead as the bras are very soft, they are sold in sizes S- XL you can use the size guide to select which size is best for you!
Bravado also sent me a pair of their Fawn seamless panty, which are the same colour as the bra (but without the polka dot detail) These are great for wearing under white linen trousers, and with no seams they’re designed to be invisible under clothing! I look forward to wearing these post pregnancy!
